Hi! I'm Mark, a manager and educator passionate about empowering English language learners. At United Language Center, we help students from ages 4 to 99 improve their English and pursue their dreams with confidence.

My Journey

My path in education has taken me across Asia. I spent three years teaching in Japanese elementary and middle schools, followed by a year preparing Singaporean students for PSLE and O-Levels. Since 2018, I've been with United Language Center—first as an adult ESL instructor for four years, and now managing our teaching team.

Together with our team, we've helped thousands of students live more confidently here in Singapore, and I'm committed to continuing that mission.

🎭🎙️ Theatre & Voice Performance

In my early twenties, I was deeply involved in the theater community—performing in several musicals, voicing commercials in Pittsburgh, and narrating audiobooks. This creative chapter was incredibly fulfilling, and I'm always open to collaborating in the performing arts space.

Beyond Work

I'm a proud dad to two amazing kids—Rowan (almost 3) and Raven (turning 1 this year). Like all parents, I'm constantly learning how to balance supporting my work family while being present for my wife and children. It's been an incredible journey welcoming them into our lives.
